Provide leadership, engineering and analytics support to the space control mission including engaging with an engineering team in development and construction of a digital environment which will be used to evaluate, test, and train on new and existing space capabilities. In addition, you will translate the analysis results from the digital environment into requirements for improvements of existing systems and for baselining new systems.
This position will involve some training with a small, highly technical team at our facility in Colorado Springs, while awaiting security clearances. You will learn about all aspects of space control that are relevant to the mission, including how to detect and respond to threats, operate systems, and tune them to obtain best performance. Once cleared, you'll split time between working with an engineering team in the development of simulation capabilities and analysis of space control systems at our facility and consulting with customers at their facilities to:
Compensation: Base Salary: $115,000-$140,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company.
